Guests will enjoy a five-course menu paired with beverages, with every dish conceived, prepared, and presented by the chefs themselves.

About the Victorian Young Chefs Program

The Victorian Young Chefs program is dedicated to chefs under 25, providing:

• Professional development through workshops and mentorship
• Hands-on learning via events and competitions
• Pathways to international exposure, including the World Chef Congress

All proceeds from the dinner will support the team’s journey to Wales for the 2025 World Chef Congress, where they will represent Australia on a global stage.
